Mechanical Engineer on building services projects with over 32 years of experience. Responsible for the design, specification, supervision and coordination of mechanical building services to Commercial Buildings, Shopping Complexes, Educational Establishments, Recreational Facilities, Hospitals, Health Centres, Residential Building, Industrial Facilities and military bases. The assignments involve teamwork and coordination with Clients, Project Managers, Architects, Structural Engineers, Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Clerk of Works and Contractors. Also covered is the financial management and Quantity surveying matters pertaining to mechanical services, including; budgeting, tendering, tender adjudication, variation orders, progress evaluations, payment certificates, final accounts, evaluation of extension of time claims, increase cost and escalation claim assessments and general contractual matters involving the mechanical subcontractors, both domestic and nominated.
